I did a clean install of SC 7.3.1 on a spare Windows XP box and extracted VlcController2.zip into C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Plugins\VlcController2 (which is where my SC installation is located). Works fine.
Above folder contains Common.pm, install.xml, Plugin.pm, ... Can anyone else confirm a working setup?
