I can see two possible problems: 1. You are using antivirus or firewall software which conflicts with the MySQL database, see here for more information: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Firewalls_and_Antivirus_Software If this is the problem, configuring the antivirus software to ignore *.my* file types usually helps. 2. The MySQL database has gotten corrupt for some reason, shutdown SqueezeCenter, deleting the Cache/MySQL directory and startup SqueezeCenter should fix this. Please note that this will delete all data in your SqueezeCenter database including ratings and other statistics handled by the TrackStat plugin if you use that. So if you use TrackStat, you probably want to make a backup of its data first.
