Yes, all indications are that the Video Capture device gives the video and audio from the TV section of the Hauppauge card while the audio from the FM tuner is output via the Audio capture device "Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II ([23". Make that an option in the Tunerplay settings and I think you will have solved the problem.
