Sorry bpa; yes, that was more thinking out loud than a question. When I looked at my settings in File Types out of curiosity, it occurred to me that I don't understand how these settings work. I've just glanced at them before and presumed they're OK as they are.
So, to be more precise, my question is: do I need to leave them all 'on' as is? With the AAC+ settings, for example, do I need to disable the ones I don't need? And if that's so, how do I work out what I need?
