The different FileTypes indicates the conversion rules that are
available to SC.  SC will decide which are apllicable and which rules
to use depending on what rules are enabled and other restrictions such
as player type (e.g. SliMP3 only supports MP3, SB1 cannot handle Flac)
and Bit rate limiting on a player means MP3 is the only choice.

If a rule is disabled then SC cannot use it. So if playing on an SB3
you have disabled AACplus->Flac - SC can only use WAV or MP3. IIRC SC
will always try to supply lossless (i.e. WAV) before lossy compression
unless a bit rate limiting forces it to use MP3.
