Sorry to trouble you again but I'm still unsure as to how to use the
mplayer files on SSODS. This text was on the site
-*The mplayer(1) programme included with SSODS is called mplayer-stdout
because the PCM output module is patched to run as a filter. The magic
filename - makes the module dump the decoded data stdout rather than to
a file or a pipe. That allows multiple mplayer instances to be run in
parallel (e.g. to feed different streams to different clients at the
same time).
For armv5tejl based machines there is a mplayer version with fixed
point arithmetic for ffmpeg’s cook codec (real audio, RTSP streams)
which seems to perform better on some machines (TS-109/209). There are
separate versions of mplayer for the DS and the TS. Here’s a list of
all mplayer files included:

* mplayer links to mplayer-stdout
* mplayer-stdout links to one of these:
* mplayer-stdout-generic – generic version compiled with ELDK
(cannot do RTSP)
* mplayer-stdout-ds and mplayer-stdout-ts – specifically compiled
versions for DS and TS, respectively.
* mplayer-stdout-ds-fp and mplayer-stdout-ts-fp – specifically
compiled versions for DS and TS, respectively with the fixed point
arithmetic patch applied. This is the default.*-

My processor soed not has a floating processor. Can you suggest how to
use these files? Rename on to mplayer or copy one of them as is?
