I'm really enjoying iPeng 1.1 - it's an excellent app, the undocumented feature works brilliantly. I'm also delighted to see support for the MusicIp mixer added amongst the many other features.
However I don't think the interface within the Browse Menu quite works; I find it somewhat inconsistent and confusing. Especially since the introduction of the (m) mixer and (i) Trackinfo modes; and with Touch-and-hold performing different actions in different places. Would it not make more sense to: - keep to the 3 previous Playback modes (Play, Play next and Add) - use a single tap to move down to the next descendable level. - use a double tap to Play (or Add, or Play Next depending on context) the selected item at any level. i.e. double tap artist = play all tracks from artist, double tap album = play album. At track level a single tap or double tap would do the same thing; play (or add) that track. - use the touch-and-hold gesture to bring up a context menu offering items such as Trackinfo and Create Mix. - remove the distinction between tapping on an album cover and the album title next to it I think the above would be create a more intuitive and consistent interface; interested to hear what you, and others, think.
