This gets odder and odder. If the stream disconnects so quickly, how can it possibly run for nearly an hour before getting an underrun?
Please can you confirm what exact version of SC you are running. I hope that it is 7.3.3 >= r24652. If you could add network.protocol.slimproto=info to the logging mix and post a complete logfile from song start until after the problem occurs (it will be big, so please compress it with ZIP for similar) then maybe we can see what is going on.
