Thanks again for the response. I've reinstalled 1.1.1 and tried setting
the forget last server to ON. I also tried entering the IP address of
the server in the additional servers section. Still, I get the same
problem. True, my modem/router is not connected to the internet (only
using it as router) but can't see why this should make any
difference.....?

I'm frustrated as I've heard great things about the app. Anything else
you can recommend? Is there no debugging option?

Also, perhaps in the future, it might be nice to change the
functionality so that if iPeng can't connect then it defaults to the
config settings rather than crashing.
