If some event external to SrvrPowerCtrl sends the system into hibernation, there really is no way for SrvrPowerCtrl to "know" about the pending hibernation. It will realize that the system has been asleep after the fact...on wakeup...but not before.
That said, on linux systems, it's pretty easy to add custom commands to the power management scripts. One could potentially send SrvrPowerCtrl a CLI request prior to hibernation. You'd probably have to add a 'sleep' command or two the to script in order to give SrvrPowerCtrl time to react to the request. On windows, I think you'd need a helper-app running in the background listening for system power management messages and CLIing SrvrPowerCtrl when it hears that the system is going into hibernation. -- gharris999 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gharris999's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=115 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48521 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
