Again: this new feature only works with shutdown...not with
hibernation.  If some event external to SrvrPowerCtrl sends the system
into hibernation, there really is no way for SrvrPowerCtrl to "know"
about the pending hibernation.  It will realize that the system has been
asleep after the fact...on wakeup...but not before.

That said, on linux systems, it's pretty easy to add custom commands to
the power management scripts.  One could potentially send SrvrPowerCtrl
a CLI request prior to hibernation.  You'd probably have to add a
'sleep' command or two the to script in order to give SrvrPowerCtrl time
to react to the request.

On windows, I think you'd need a helper-app running in the background
listening for system power management messages and CLIing SrvrPowerCtrl
when it hears that the system is going into hibernation.
