I first hoped that this was also specified in the protocoll (NECx uses doubled device, NEC uses complement), but as you wrote your TV used NEC (though a short burst was working as well) this doesn't seem to hold true :( So maybe energy should be just put into collecting information about what setting is working for which manufacturer. Are you interested in me sending patches to the applet ? Aside the NEC-flavours I also realized, that the applet is not running with a 7.4 FW (which actually I already use most of the time). Could spend some time -- bluegaspode One SB-Duet+Receiver. Server running on Linkstation NAS (LS-CHL).
