The pre-requisites for SC are simple: OSX 10.3+, Windows 2000+. Nothing else required. BUT: some 3rd party extensions (and mine still are 3rd party, even though I'm now a Logitech employee) might require a bit more work. Then it's up to its author to sort these issues out with his users. The plugins you mentioned are not even on the "recommended 3rd party extensions" list we ship with SC.
