I got it all running on a schedule yesterday, and it worked perfectly! Someone on the J. River Media Center forum has created a sync tool for syncing iTunes and Media Center stats and ratings, so for the first time ever, I have stats synced between Squeezebox Server, iTunes, and J. River Media Center.
I was doing my smart playlists in JRMC, but the majority of my listening was on Squeezebox, so any playlists based on play stats were pretty useless.
