I'm not familiar with ASDM, but it sounds like it ought to do the trick
for you.  Also Wake-over-Wireless-LAN (WoWLAN) definitely works if you
have the right hardware (wireless adapter, chipset, bios settings,
wireless router).  How much have you tinkered with the settings trying
to get this to work?
