You don't have a Custom Skip filter active that skip all but 10 tracks ? I suppose you have already checked the server.log file and there isn't any errors in it ? I think I added a "and dynamicplaylist_history.client='PlaylistPlayer'" to my playlists that looks similar to your at some time, you can try if it works better if you add that.
