This is a long shot, because I dont know the real name of your sound card that your system sees it at... and Im going to take your word for it that what you said (each character counts!!!!!!) is correct.
First... close softsqueeze... do NOT have it in memory. Second, close regedit if its still open in memory. Then... Download the attachment in this post to your desktop, extract the reg file in it. Double-click it, acknowledge that you want it to be added to your PC. Then go back to the same registry location.. and confirm that this entry is now there and that before it wasnt... then try opening Softsqueeze again.. see if you can get into the preferences without errors. brownru;517896 Wrote: > No, I cannot get the Softsqueeze started.
