Hi pippin, running version: 7.4.2 on Ubuntu, very stable. However, I don't get the Genre -> Artist list exactly as I would like. It's different from the Artist list (directly) itself.
In IPeng the Genre -> Artist list shows MORE artists that clicking directly on Artists. After some experimenting, it adds (track)artists that: (1) appear as track artist on a CD that is tagged with Album Artist <b>AND</b> (2) appear as track artist on compilation discs (no album artist). The normal webinterface (:9000) doesn't have this abnormality: Genre -> Artist and Artist lists are the same. Playing with the options on the My Music tab doesn't solve it.
