Um, on my Radio the menu for setting the location is under Settings->Display->Screensavers->Weather Settings
It should be the same for the Touch ! This is a pure SqueezePlay applet, so no configuration on the server available. Changing the WeatherApplet-LUA-file doesn't help - the value there is just the default-value (which is just read once right after installation). The actual setting is saved under /etc/squeezeplay/userpath/settings/Weather.lua (at least on the Radio). Hope the easier way via the menu is working for you ;) !
