Unless you define a menu structure in the xml there isn't anything in Extras>SqueezeIR so that's not a problem. I suggest you look at the lirc project (http://winlirc.sourceforge.net/ or http://www.lirc.org/ The files that these projects generate can be used by SqueezeIR.
