Indifference... I dowloaded your file harman_kardon_AVR240_cleaned.lirc.txt and it worked fine with my HK AVR. I did not test the 6/8 additional command as I don't need it. I notice that the AVR responds faster to the lirc-downloaded file than to the IRBlaster-created file.
