The credentials failure could also be a failure for SBSb to receive a
response in time.  You need to get more information about the problem
to verify this. 

You have a lot of other errors in the log. I'd advise stopping SBS,
clearing the Cache, clear Browser cache, restart router and then
restart SBS server and rebuild the database.

Then you should start by enabling logging probably DEBUG level for
plugin.napster and network.asynchttp. Then do one Napster operation.
The cleared caches will ensure that SBS actually does a network
requests.

It may also be useful to get a Wireshark log of network traffic to see
if Naptster is responding or not.
