Gordon, thanks for doing the right thing.
Do you use a perl lib for this ? I remember some countries/zones still
use really computer-unfriendly schemes (like 3 times 30 minutes shifts
over x days), and having someone take care of the reference table for
you is really valuable. (And yes, it should be GetNextAlarm's job)
