Can you post or mail me the export file ?
I don't think it has to do with the size, it's probably some bug in the
import logic.

Do you get any errors in the SqueezePlay log, if you are using XP I
think it's stored in the directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\My User\Local Settings\Temp 

I'm not sure where it's stored on Windows 7.

If I remember correctly the Windows installation of SqueezePlay still
differs from the svn version which makes some of the Custom Clock
functionality to work incorrectly.
