I can't remember the details but I think you should be looking for capture devices not mixer - the mixer is used to combine audio streams whereas you want to record a source.
Look in /proc/asound/devices for configured capture devices To test - just get some audio out playing on the output you want - I usually use mplayer to play a radio stream. Then I usually use Audacity to capture the audio from the capture device - When recording you can see sound levels changing. If the levels are not moving then check whether you are recording from correct device and whether associated volume levels are maxed. Since the sources you want to record are not 44kHz or 48kHz - you may need to modify the necessary conf file lines to ensure conversion from 24/96 to a format SBS expects. -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=49584 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
