Just in case the problem are coming from the tuner card - you can test the "sout" parameters by using as a source a file or PC audio. If you get SBS playing a http stream with audio from a file, then if it stops working after you change the source to the tuner card - you can concentrate checking what is wrong with the connection between source selection and destination.
