Ah, that's probably it.
I'm using the scheduling function in SBS since it's not possible to run
third party scanners within the separate scanner process in 7.5. This is
required make it possible to use the system at all while Custom Scan is
running. So what happens is:
1. Custom Scan scans a track
2. Custom Scan hands over the control to SBS if it likes to do
something
3. Custom Scan scans next track
4. Custom Scan hands over the control to SBS if it likes to do
something
5 ...
The good news is that this means that it will eventually be solved in
7.6 which have some scanner improvements making it possible to run
Custom Scan within the main scanner process, the bad news is that there
isn't much I can do about it in 7.5. The scheduling function can
probably also vary a bit between different operating systems.
