I've just downloaded the V1.3 update to iPeng from the App Store onto my 2nd Gen 8Gb iPod touch. If I'm connected to the network where my SB server is running, I get the Penguin splash screen, then the black screen with a grey bar at the bottom before it returns to the iPod screen again (ie. crashes). If I'm connected to a different network, iPeng does start up, although I clearly can't use it.
