In no case. If you own both Apps you are entitled to a discounted playback version. However, since you _did_ already purchase Playback on the iPhone version, you don't even need that. Just install iPeng for iPhone on the iPad along with the iPad version (remember: you can install it on several devices as long as you use the same iTunes account) and select "Restore Previous Purchase" in the "Enable Playback" menu. Note: This will NOT work directly in iPeng for iPad since that's a different App and you can't share In-App-Purchases between Apps. But once you enable the playback on the iPhone, it will work in both Apps (just don't tell Apple). So in short: Install iPeng for iPhone on the iPad, enable playback there from your previous purchase and it will work in iPeng for iPad, too. Not really as a joint App. DLNA ist just too different (and actually _very_ limited if it comes to remote control capabilities). DLNA doesn't really "serve" a player like SBS does, it's merely a data source. That said: There's very likely going to be an "iPeng DLNA" sometimes this year. It will not be the same as iPeng for SBs but, well, I want it to be at least better than the other solutions out there :) -- pippin --- see iPeng, the Squeezebox iPhone remote and *New: iPeng for iPad*, at penguinlovesmusic.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
