Ok, this sounds really strange, scanning has always been a lot slower
while I've been playing music when I've tested it before. I will try it
in my own setup as soon as I get some time, but if anyone else reads
this it would be interesting to hear if you see the same behavior in
your setup.
With the new scanning API in 7.6 it should be possible to run Custom
Scan in the scanner process and this will probably get rid of this kind
of strange effects which probably is related to the internal backgroud
scheduler in SBS. I just need to get some time to adapt Custom Scan to
the new scanner API.
