The case is solved. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction triode. Turns out the problem was that the security settings for the squeezebox server, under the advanced tab, was set to only accept IPs from this range: 192.168.1.10-29. I assumed this would be enough, since all servers and devices reside within that range. But obviously I was wrong and that explains why 127.0.0.1 was disconnected as an unauthorized source. By adding 127.0.0.1 to the IP range, the plugin once again works flawlessly. The only thing that still confuses me is that previous versions of the plugin worked, even without the squeezebox server accepting calls from the local host (127.0.0.1). Maybe something has changed in more recent versions of the plugin? Anyways, its working again now, so its all good. Thanks for the help. -- olangela ------------------------------------------------------------------------ olangela's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=47959 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
