hi, i have squeezeboxserver (7.5.4 - r32171) + your excellent plugin (v1.4.2) installed on an ubuntu (11.04 desktop version) server. however in order for the plugin to work correctly i always need to restart the server (using the commandline and sudo /etc/init.d/squeezeboxserver restart) after everything is up and running. without a restart i get the "connecting issue" i.e. i can login, see my playlists etc but can't play anything. it tries for 10 seconds and skips to the next song. after reading through the forum this is supposed to be a firewall issue i guess, but i've opened up all the ports etc and nothing changes. the only thing that i've found to fix this is a restart, which in my opinion also suggests it's not a firewall issue since it should still not work. as of now i've fixed this with a @reboot cron script so it's not really a big issue, but it would be nice to fix it completely. anyone have any suggestions? i've ran out of ideas myself. what log settings would help in determining what's going on? sincerely, jonas
