This "ghosting" of the SrvrPowerCtrl menu on Extras is a known problem
and crops up when you push the Touch/Radio/SBC onto mysqueezebox.com
and then fetch it back again. It's a limitation of the SqueezeOS /
Jive software API on the Touch/Radio/SBC. A simple power-cycle of the
Touch should remove the "ghost". You shouldn't need to reboot the
server or uninstall SrvrPowerCtrl.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything I can do about this. While the
Squeezebox Server has an API to talk to SqueezeOS for the purpose of
adding a menu to Extras via Slim::Control::Jive::registerPluginMenu,
there is no corresponding "unregisterPluginMenu" API. So, Jive taketh,
but does not giveth back.

The stock Info Browser plugin on the Touch/Radio/SBC gets around this
limitation by having an on-board "helper" app to clean up the menu when
the Touch disconnects from the local server and connects to mysb.com.
And unfortunately, fixing this via that method is way down on my todo
list. For one thing, I'll have to learn an entirely new programming
language (lua) to create the app. For now, I hope you can live with
this. It's just cosmetic. Peter Watkin's PowerCenter plugin (which is
one of the other few plugins that adds entries to the Extras menu)
suffers from this same problem too, I believe.
