In your case, you can see from the log that your cache directory is in:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Squeezebox\Cache

1. So, just open a command prompt and write:
2. cd "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Squeezebox\Cache"
3. The command prompt will now switch directory, now run:
java -jar
InstalledPlugins\Plugins\SocialMusicDiscovery\smd-server-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

I suspect it might be Microsoft's tendency to illustrate that they
think they support to have space characters in directory names that's
causing problems in your setup, if this is the case we will try to fix
this and release a new version within a day or two that solves this.
