It will slow down a bit since the database is growing, but it's
important to notice that when we have implemented incremental scanning
users will only do a full import to SMD once in the beginning, after
that they will only import changes.

It's important to notice that the philosophy with SMD is very different
from SBS:
- SBS considers its database to be a storage that can be deleted at any
time
- SMD considers its database to be valuable information which never
will be deleted, it will be adjusted but never deleted.

Deleting the SMD database would be like deleting all the tags in your
music files, it's just something you don't want to do. It's of course
something you will do now when it's in alpha state but it won't be
something you do later when we have something which is ready for an
official release.

So basically, when you have imported a track into SMD you never have to
import it again, you can just manage it through the SMD application or
refresh it from the tags if you have changed the tags in the music
file.

So due to this the performance of a full import isn't as important as
it is with SBS, simply because it won't be a common operation with SMD.
