No, should be there in the same place as for the iPhone version (although it's called "Edit" instead of showing an icon). But you have to use the "main" playlist (the one you get by tapping the "xx of yy" in the top left), you can't edit the screen saver playlist directly. You can still get the main playlist directly from the screen saver, though.
