I'm not sure there are compatibility issues, I haven't seen any so far,
1.4.2/1.2.2 is meant to be an iOS 5 release.

There is one issue a user has reported in the German forum and whether
I try to verify right now. It has to do with playback on an iPhone with
iOS5.
The one thing I can seem to also see is that my whole communication
stack (3G and WiFi) seem to be reset from time to tome on my iPhone
whenever both 3G and WiFi are on, but I haven't had enough time to test
this.

If it's true I really don't believe iPeng has anything to do with it
but I believe it would be an iOS 5 issue since I would not know how any
App could cause something like that.

Apart from that from my experience so far I'm quite happy with iOS 5.
