Hi Erland, I use the Multi Library and Custom Browse plugins. I have a library for Classical Music and one for Contemporary (setup so they are mutually exclusive). I have then setup menus for browsing for example contemporary albums, classical composers, contemporary artist etc.
It works great, but with a large music collection sometimes it would be nice/better to be able to perform a search within these custom browse menus i.e. input text and search for example in the contemporary albums. Would that be hard to implement? In the web interface you can select a letter and then browse. I use SqueezeCommander for Android by Flatterman as a remote. There you have to browse quit a bit to reach say "S". He says there is no "hook" he can use to perform a search in the custom browse menus. As it is now I use global search when I want to search for say the album "Still got the blues for you", but that is not optimal because I get hits on artists composers etc and also from the classical library. The combination of the MultiLib and Custom Browse plugins is really great, but in my opinion would be even better with a search capability.
