I'm not sure of the reason why there is a problem on Windows and not Linux but on Windows iPlayerExtra fails because although BBCMSParser.pm has been included to allow iPlayerExtra to run - BBCMSParser.pm references BBCMeta.pm which has been removed from 1.2.1beta onwards.
