Unfortunately I'm not having any luck in having different settings for WiFi (I'd use probably 320) and cellular (I'd use 128). If WiFi has no limit, music doesn't seem to get transcoded no matter what. At least, this is what the song info reports (when 128 is set under WiFi, the transcoding gets reported).
