There's a manual for iPeng:

Although I would start with the Quick Tutorials under "Help" in the
App.
You can also view the manual from within iPeng ("Help", again).
On saving playlists: Go to the current playlist (swipe left on
NowPlaying),go to the "Edit" mode (button at the top right) and then
there will be a "save" button at the bottom of the screen.
All of this is assuming you use the iPhone/iPod version.
