If it's configure, my next question would be if you are using Custom
Scan 3.0.x or 2.8.x ?
If you are using the 3.0.x (which is an alpha version) that might be
the cause, as I remember I haven't gotten the time to test that
properly yet. So if you are using the 3.0.x version I think I would
suggest that you remove the alpha repository from the SBS
Settings/Plugins page and then uninstall and reinstall Custom Scan and
you should get the official 2.8.x release instead.

Let me know if any of the above solves your issues.
