So if I want Rhapsody I need a hardware player which means a Touch or a
Radio since they seem to be the only devices for sale on the Logitech
site.

Now once I get one a player do I still establish a connection with my
VB (VortexBox) appliance hosting SS and control Rhapsody via CLI
through that or do I establish a connection to the player itself?

I understand the need to sell hardware and generate revenue but why do
we need a player unless that's the sole reason. I'd be happy just
buying a license for a virtual player with this capability and using
VB/SS if money is the only reason just so I don't have to hang a player
in the back of a rack when I already have a VB in place.

For integrators it would be nice to have a small simple player with
just audio outs or the licensed virtual cuz why buy a touch or radio to
stick in a the back of a rack just to get Rhapsody (and others apps). I
also don't see the logic to the touch if that's to be connected to your
audio system. It should be completely portable and something else
should be connected to your system. Of course I could be missing
something.

So anyway to get Rhapsody do I CLI into the player once I get one or my
VB hosting SS?
