This looks normal for the case where there is not enough bandwidth
between the helper app and the player - "Resource temporarily
unavailable 11" means the helper app can't write to the socket as the
tcp session is congested.  I think you will find that this doesn't exist
for the softsqueeze case - assuming so I would look at your network
again and see what hardware/software could be restricting the bandwidth.
