Actually no.
I can't really judge on the number of users, only on the number of sales
and the number of devices on which the App is installed which is
something different (for example, on average, each iPeng copy sold will
be installed on two devices).
Regarding the number of devices on which it is used, iPeng is not small.
I believe that except probably for Logitech's own, free App (I assume
every iPeng user at least tried that one plus a lot on Android which has
a much bigger number of devices out there, even if people don't BUY
Android Apps).

The one thing that surprises me is how few people actually buy the
playback feature, the vast majority of users seem to use iPeng only as a
controller, although I don't have a separate statistics for crossover
effects between iPeng for iPad and iPeng for iPhone (you only have to
purchase the playback feature once) but even if I assume that EVERY copy
of the playback sold would be used in both Apps (not realistic), still a
big majority of users would NOT use that feature.

either use a Classic, a Touch or a Radio, Radio alone probably half of
the users. There's the occasional Boom and until a year ago people asked
about the Receiver configuration but that has died away.

Compared to the number of devices Apple ships I believe all of this is
still tiny.
