The option is no longer needed.
In the past, iPeng always played a full album if you tapped a track in
"play" mode (note: this only applies to "play", not to adding tracks to
a playlist!), no matter hoe Squeezebox Server/Logitech Media Server was
set up.
The reason for this was that the "expected" behavior for most people
when you tap a track in an album is to play the whole album. That's what
all other software I know does, but the Squeezebox - in the past -
defaulted to playing only a single track.

Now.... this has been years ago. Since version 7.4 of the server (so
since 3 years or so), the default now is to play whole albums on the
Squeezebox, too, so iPeng now simply uses the behavior as configured in
the server and doesn't default to playing the whole album (by itself)
anymore, so the option to turn that behavior off was no longer needed.

If you want to play single tracks now, you have several options:
1. You ALWAYS only want to play single tracks? Change the default
behavior in your server settings (In the web interface:
Settings->Player->Play other tracks in album)
2. If you want to do this once: "hold" the track to bring up the context
menu and select "play"
3. If you want to add a single tracks to a playlist, use "add to end" or
"add next" mode (See "Help->Quick Tutorials->Albums or playlists" in
iPeng). Note that the "Add" modes usually don't add full albums, the
only exception being some online services where Logitech hard-coded the
behavior of the server to always add the full album, here iPeng has no
other option than to use the command the server provides.
