iPeng on startup defaults to the view where you left it. However, a lot of views are not immediately available because they are server-provided (e.g. all the "Apps" and plugin menus as well as e.g. "New Music"). If that happens, iPeng defaults to the closest one of the already existing menus, which is often facebook due to the sort order. If then the original menu doesn't load fast enough, iPeng stays on the facebook page, otherwise it will switch to the original one.
