Hi Triode, thanks for the help with this it's much appreciated. I can see that the player can't connect to the given port. I've looked in Windows Firewall on the Win 7 machine (Donnie) which is running LMS/spotifyd and for spotifyd there are rules in the inbound section for UDP and TCP, they are both set to allow connections. There is no other firewall software on the machine and of course the Slimbox can connect to LMS fine to play music stored on the server but it fails to connect to spotifyd to play spotify tracks. Given the setup I have with the two NICs and the Slimbox connected to one with wired ethernet and static ip addresses at both ends can you suggest any other things I can try to progress the problem? Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ czarak's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=46803 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
