track/upload doesn't quite do what one might expect. Here's a quote from
a TEN employee from their forum:

If you want to know if it's a tagging issue or  not, you could use the
tool I've posted on page 25 of this thread. Basically, you create the
audio fingerprints locally (so the songs don't have to be uploaded,
which wouldn't be feasible with a large collection), and these
fingerprints are then submitted to TEN (using song/identify) to check if
they are known.
