I spoke too soon :( Setting ipeng player off hasn't solved the problem. Volume definitely increases on re-opening ipeng but not every time - the increase is 5% each time it happens. Setting player off cured it for an hour or two but it's back.
I definitely have nothing synced anywhere - SB Touch and Radio both powered off as well. Could it just be a Boom issue? Never see it with Touch but I always have that set to 100% volume.
