I have been struggling for the last seven hours trying to get iTunes +
Shairport + Alsa Loopback interface + LMS to work together, but alas, I
seem to be unable to get past WaveInput due to some kind of
configuration error. I have been 'using this blog post as my template'
(http://confoundedtech.blogspot.no/2012/08/airplay-to-squeezebox-touch-via-linux.html),
including setting up loopback devices.
*The error I am seeing* in the log when I press Play in the interface is
the following:
